2023 VA Governor's Cup Silver. Nose full of black dark fruits- blackberry, currants, plums, cherry, raspberry. Aromas of cassis, spices, licorice black pepper, chocolate, violets, hints of soil and oak. On the palate- mirrors the nose with balanced solid tannic backbone, moderate balance, length, complexity and finish.
